Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations related to reservations and orders made through Saffron ("Restaurant," "we," or "us"). Please read this policy carefully before making a reservation or placing an order. By making a reservation or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this policy.
Reservation Cancellation:
1.1 Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel or modify a reservation or order, we kindly ask that you provide us with sufficient notice. We understand that circumstances may change, but please notify us as soon as possible to allow us to accommodate other guests. Failure to show up for a reservation without prior notice may result in restrictions on future reservations.
1.2 Group Reservations: For reservations involving large groups or special events, we may require a deposit or advance payment. The deposit is non- refundable if the reservation is canceled less than 48 hours days before the scheduled date.
1.3 Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, we reserve the right to cancel or modify a reservation without prior notice. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify affected guests as soon as possible and provide alternative options or a refund if applicable.
Order Cancellation:
2.1 Order Modifications: Once an order for pickup or delivery has been confirmed and payment has been processed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure its accuracy.
2.2 Order Issues: If there is an issue with your order, such as incorrect items, missing items, or quality concerns, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the matter and, if necessary, provide a replacement, refund, or store credit based on the specific circumstances and at our discretion.
Refunds:
3.1 Reservation Refunds: Refunds for cancelled reservations will be processed according to the following guidelines:
Cancellations made two [2] days or more in advance: Full refund, excluding any non-refundable deposits.
Cancellations made less than two [2] days in advance: No refund, unless otherwise stated in the reservation terms or in cases of force majeure events.
3.2 Order Refunds: Refunds for orders will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the issue. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.
